Wonderful staff, I moved from Brampton years ago and still see my doctor Mrs. Fatima Hussein. She really Cares about her patients and she has a wonderful staff. This is the best medical center. i’ve been going here since 5 years now and they address all my concerns. The staff is really nice, empathetic. Amongst all Gunja is very polite, professional and accommodating. She is very quick to answer all my queries. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

I go to this clinic very often and the service is really fast. I didn’t have to wait at all. The front staff is friendly and helpful. They provide me all the information that I need to know. They have good hygiene at clinic.

Wish there was a negative marking option for this clinic. Dr. Fatima is our family doctor but I have never seen her face in 3 years. Everytime we visit the clinic, some random interns sees us. They have minimum 1 hour wait time and the receptionists out there are mannerless, rude and never helping. One of the shameless receptionist named Prabh considers herself a surgeon. She decides if she wants to fix my appointment or not. I sincerely requested her for telephone appointment to discuss my blood reports with the doctor(knowing that telephone appointments are every Wednesday) she immediately said that they are not doing telephone appointments anymore. I requested(begged)her for at least 10 mins. Later that day, I got a call from another receptionist saying that my results are available to discuss and I can book an appointment with doc over the phone on the following Wednesday. I wonder why and who the hell is Prabh to decide that I won't be given a telephone appointment? What kind of behavior was that?

If anyone wants to see the worst quality medical professionals they should visit this clinic, I use to see Dr. Singh and Dr. Fatima in past, both were really smart and intelligent. But apparently, I found out that some RN is looking for patients for Dr. Fatima, and O Boy I must tell you she did not know how to calculate dosage based on weight, I did not get the name of the Nurse but she was a big black lady. Just avoid this clinic completely if you can, my Pharmacist did not dispense the medication because they prescribed the medication my daughter was allergic to.

This clinic has been my clinic since I was a little kid and I feel most comfortable here! They have such lovely staff and they’re always so helpful. Thank you always to Manan and Dr. Hussain for your help!!

Called a few times and no doctor in clinic for the next month. When they do come back to clinic it will be only limited hours. Only Physician assistant available. Asked for blood requisition and they forgot to test several items requested.

I understand that we are living in a post covid world, but what is the point of being a Walk-in" Clinic if every time I walk in I'm told I need to call and make an appointment. Kinda' defeats the purpose doesn't it? I'm better off visiting an Urgent Care facility or the hospital itself at this point."

Went to this walk-in clinic as I approached the front desk the receptionist,she is wearing glasses with no smile on her face. Not sure how she got hired to be at a front desk to deal with people when it’s obvious that she has no people skill or sympathyShe said it’s not a walk in clinic and I need an appointment. Then what’s the purpose of showing that it is a waking clinic when you look up the address on google and to be noted the clinic was empty although I requested if she can see to fit me in that it is urgent. With her stone hearted face she said I need an appointment and that will be on Tuesday.Can’t handle Ridiculous people early morning.
