Westjet Elevation Lounge

An excellent in and out process at this longue. Everything was quick and clean.Except for beverages which are self-serve or order at the bar, all the food were ordered though the QR code on each of the tables.There were many types of rooms and seating configurations (tables, bar tables, sofas, longues, individual working room, group working room, family room and sports viewing room with TV). Showers are also available.WestJet members are given priority access. I had a Priority Pass membership and had to wait about 5 minutes when the quoted time was 30 minutes.

Had an amazing visit thanks to Gena and Karolina! I had an overnight layover so I arrived at the lounge right when it opened. Given that it was 5AM, I thought everyone would be grumpy, but Gena and Karolina warmly greeted me. They accommodated me in every way they could and set up a private shower booking for me. It was immaculate. After a stressful journey, this was the perfect place for me to destress. One of my favourite locations!

Great lounge to visit, it my first time to use WestJet lounge at YYC , I am wonder that they do a good job the service was fast and can order food and beverages by the QR code on the table then they will serve to your table, and there are many kind of seat , sleep area , coach , working table , kids area, even meetings room. The staff was very friendly. I love the beef curry here so good

One of my best lounge experiences so far. Great quality and selection of beverages and food. A full bar where they make the most amazing cocktails and convenient table service with the QR code. Toilets are clean, spacious and there is comfortable and various seating options available.To get there easily take the airport shuttle and request them to drop you off at B. This will drop you off almost in front of the door from the lounge and saves you a lot of walking.

* PRIORITY PASS USER *Great lounge! Amazing food. The food is served tableside and you order through a QR code on each of the tables. I got an eggs Benedict for breakfast and a charcuterie board for lunch. Both were really good as far as lounge food is concerned. This might be my favorite lounge yet, and a great reason to come to Calgary.The bathrooms are incredibly clean and there are showers in this lounge!I should mention that you can only stay up to 3 hours before departure.

Brand new lounge with amazing lounge chairs to take a quick nap on. The entry looks awesome I thought I was entering a personnel only door. The staff immediately greeted me and made sure to let me know that I could order from the comfort of your seating via QR code. They will bring everything to you once you place your food and drinks. Not a bad experience. Food might be decent compared to airline only lounges but the atmosphere is amazing to relax on.

Great lounge and worth the visit.Came here while connecting through Calgary and was super excited to visit the elevation lounge after seeing all the positive reviews online and it did not disappoint.This is one of the better if not best domestic lounges in Canada. There is ample amount of seating in the lounge and plenty of quiet work areas for people. Food is easy to order through the qr code system and is brought to your table, thus always being fresh.The food itself was pretty good, not the best food but would be comparable to what you would find at a chain restaurant like Joeys, but considering its free, it’s a good deal. Also, when comparing to other lounges such as the Maple Leaf Lounges or Plaza Premium, this food was much better.They also have a nice bar area where you can order a variety of cocktails and my favourite was the old fashioned.The negatives were the lounge is in the terminal and has no tarmac views making it more dark and gloomy. The furniture is also starting to show it’s age with rips and damages. The bartender also said that they have a 5 drink limit and told me that he cannot serve me afterwards, which I found strange as no other lounge has these restrictions and I was not intoxicated.The first 2 drinks I had were beer and the rest were cocktails with a single shot of alcohol and being a larger person that is not much alcohol to consume, especially since I was drinking over a period of 2 hours and having food alongside.Overall, a great lounge to visit if flying from YYC

Very nice staff, great and tasty food.Fantastic flat seats. One of the best lounges I have ever seen. You place your order using a QR and food is delivered straight to your seat.

I've been to lounges all around the world, and the Elevation lounge is one of my favorite lounges in North America, almost comparable to United Polaris or American Flagship lounges.The food is excellent, and the signature drinks are what you'd expect from an upscale bar. Staff are also very friendly and accommodating. They have a system where you scan a QR code and order directly from your phone, which is way better than a buffet style lounge. They also have showers and meeting rooms available.I do wish the lounge was bigger and more spacious, as it does get crowded and even full quite easily, especially in the afternoon. This is also Westjet's only lounge, and I hope they can also open one at YVR!
