Tom is a good landscaper and we are pleased with his work overall. But, he's fallen short of our expectations when it comes to following up. The job was completed summer of 2021. Its August of 2022 and I've been trying to get him to come by and do a few warranty-related fixes. Our project was large - it took them 8 weeks - and it deserves the follow up attention. Tom, I'm sick of getting text messages from you 2 weeks late saying that you're still short staffed. Your work is 4+ stars but your professionalism is a 2.2023 Update: Oasis came through and did the warranty fixes. Credit to Tom for coming through and getting it done!
