Short Story:Scheduled a cleaning and inspection for furnaceTech came out and spent less than 5min in the house. said the unit had a dirty ignitor but otherwise looked fineWas charged for an hour of labor and a vehicle dispatch feeFurnace still had original issue.. took it on myself to discover the gas supply nozzle was clogged and unit was not actually cleaned at all.Long Story:I was experiencing issues with my propane furnace, the unit would take several attempts to turn on and ignite before it would stay on. I called and they said they would send a tech and have him Clean and inspect" the unit and charge cleaning fee. The tech was there for less than 5min and stated that the ignitor was slightly dirty and everything look fine. Following the visit the furnace still had the same issue. finally it got to the point the furnace would not run anymore. I tore it apart myself and found out the nozzles on the gas supply were plugged and the flame was not lighting and the flame sensor was shutting the unit off. cleaned the tips and have not had an issue since. ended up getting charged an hour labor for a cleaning when in fact they didn't even clean anything.Additionally on the phone I mentioned that I would like to be quoted for adding additional vents to the house. When I asked the tech he just shrugged and said yea we could add vents and when I asked about a price or if it would impact the furnace performance he just said "ehh we would just have to do it and see""

Trust me folks. I had a plumbing issue. I thought was gonna be a hard spendy fix. Marcus showed up and? Amazed me. All around 100% I am talking problem was not good. He has a few tricks up his sleeve and all I can say is? Amazing. Thank you.

These guys are a joke. I own Labree Plaza in TRF and have used them many times. They have over charged me labor hours multiple times. Reluctantly they have credited me and another customer I referred to them back because they knew they are wrong and I showed them all the proof. There shop manager Bart has no business dealing with people as he has no people skills and does not call back. When me an the owner settled a $200 labor overcharge because I took pictures of the job when it was done. I payed him that day and a month later they started sending me bills. Nobody got back to me for weeks and finally after AGAIN showing the proof that I paid the bill the lady who does the accounting got mad told me we were even and hung up. When I settled the bill with the owner I asked if I should call them back for work as TR does not have a lot of plumbers he told me yes and said this was all a misunderstanding. Today I called to request my boilers get turned on and they refused my business. From the owners down these people are unprofessional and I suggest you watch the hours they are there make sure if they bring two plumbers that the job needs 2 or they will charge you for 2 anyways. I am much better off not using them so it's ok, but I think you all deserve to know they are not trustable and not professional. GOOD LUCK & GOOD RIDDANCE

I called and set up to get a estimate on a project. They were prompt and out in a few days to look at what we want to do. Was told I would have an estimate in a week. I called on the 21st of July and was told I would have the estimate in a week. Call about the 28th of July and still no estimate. I still have not received the estimate as apparently my money will be no good there. Needless to say I will not be going back and will not be recommending this company.

We have been waiting since November = December for a estimate to fix our floor heating , stopped in to see if it was done haven't even started , The Guy was supposed to call no calls in the mean time my home is at 60 degrees and I'm using space heaters to keep my home warm

They never showed up for the appointment, we arranged a couple weeks ago. They said would be at the house on the 8th. Never showed up or bothered to call (even though they hung up on us before we could even give them our phone number).

The guys did an amazing job putting in my new furnace!! Even came back to check on it and get the right filter set up!

They unfortunately missed two scheduled appointments, no call no show. Had about 45 minutes of actual work done but was charged for 3 hours. Unfortunately they are one of the only plumbers available in Thief River. On a positive the plumber who did finally come out was very friendly and did a good job. A really big negative was after there no shows, they didn't prioritize to get me on the schedule first thing next day I still had to wait 2 weeks on one and 1 week on second. I'm only giving two stars on behalf of plumber who came put who had nothing to do with scheduling.

Very unprofessional service. They keep pushing my schedule back more than twice and when I called to make sure they're not gonna ditch me at the last 2 minutes before the meeting time they just rudely hang up on me. Don't you want to do business anymore Lee Plumbing. Because it seems that you're just wanna quit this and be done. I've had a really unpleasant experience with this company.
