Looking for a shower part and the guy on the counter didnt know what brand it was but kindly ask me to go to the showroom and maybe they can figure out which brand. Turns out they manage to figure out it which brand i had (25 years ago!) Although discontinued, i was quite surprised how they were able to figure it out.

Unfriendly staff. I was trying to find a faucet that suit my bathroom and my taste. Staff has no greetings nor eye contact. Even when the rep come, she did not ask what I need, she just talk her way.

We had a terrific experience with Saba at this location. Can't say enough good things about her! Helped us find exactly what we wanted, kept us up to date on in coming supplies that we needed asap. I will recommend anyone and everyone to go see Saba for all their bathroom and kitchen supplies.

This Emco location is the best. Walked in looking for a new shower head and was immediately helped out by Simon. He was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions.Compared to other stores in the city, this location will have everything you could possibly need for your plumbing projects. I can't recommend this location enough. Will definitely be coming back for future projects.Also, plenty of free dedicated parking right outside which is nice.

I was very impressed by the customer service of Trevor from the parts department. He went above and beyond to find a small part that i needed to get ordered. Its a cheap part, so there isn't much profit for the store but he provided an equally great service like if i was placing a large order.

Just wanted to thank you Emco for their help. They provided a great help to find a faucet cartridge they didn't carry and referred to the proper supplier. Even though I was not a costumer, they took the time. Received the cartridge today. Feeling happy and relieved! Cheers.

The staff (aged 60) in the parts department" was extremely blunt/rude and unhelpful. I need to replace an old Kohler part for the toilet tank. He said $250 for the parts
