I work close by so I've visited this location often. For some reason the fries are always barely warm or cold. Not sure why I have never been able to have them actually hot. As well the drink fountain is always run out of syrup on the diet coke or coke zero and not checked. There's also NO ICE in the machine and it's 28 degrees outside. The ice was also out last week. I knoe they are a busy location However someone should really check on these things through the day. Service is usually alright.

Rude staff and very unkind people working there. The food is really bad, sometimes the potatoes fries are expired and they have a black colour. The hamburger is not god and out of quality. But I can say this same bad quality and rude staff is a Canadian thing" over all Canada MacDonald restaurants."
