My wife and I have been talking about going into this shop since we’ve moved to Alberta 2yr’s ago. Last week was the day we finally walked into Bentley cycle for some new bikes. Abby and Ryan completely blew our mind’s with the level of service, knowledge, flexibility and all around friendly attitude.Abby signed us up for the rewards program allowing us two bottle cages free of cost with our two new Trek Marlin’s. Abby also went above and beyond and brought the price down on my beautiful Marlin7 after she knew I was in love with all the upgraded features of the 7 over my Wife’s still amazing Marlin5.Ryan the mechanic even helped us mount our new bike carrier and load the new bikes in the rain. Above and beyond!We will be back to Bentley cycle for ALL of our cycle needs. We haven’t stopped talking about getting back in to personalize our new rides.Thanks for everything guys!

They are fantastic people and highly recommend going there if your looking for a great bike or some helpful information on choosing a great bike. Will definitely use them again.

When I found this site on my phone, I saw no note indicating an appointment is needed. I called from Lacombe saying I'm coming to check out their recumbent bikes that I am told are in stock. At no time, did Ryan tell me an appointment is required. I drove an extended amount of distance to check this place and recumbents out. Once in the store I was told only by appointment" to view or get more information about the recumbents. So I called back to let them know of the great inconvenience they caused me. There was no apology or indication of acknowledgment of the extra drive I have had to make to not be able to have a fair look at the bikes. I was just told that I need an appointment and it is the same for every place. Which is m not the case. I just came from Renu in Leduc. There was no appointment required. Larry at Renu Cycle went above and beyond to help me. He gets a 5 star rating.Would be nice to have the appointment necessary statement to be readily available. Reading through the basic info it was not there. Maybe an additional piece of info you could add for more convenience for a better customer experience."

When I was there on the weekend, a worker pushed in front of me without even saying excuse me" or anything at all. Just blatantly pushed in front of me to show another customer the bike I was looking at. This worker was a middle aged woman. I found that incredibly rude and it made me want to avoid this place at all costs. A place that sells thousand dollar bikes should have way better customer service."

Picked up a Norco from them the other day. Great service definitely worth the drive. Make sure you stop at the monkey top after for a beer!

Ryan has been very helpful in getting me random parts for my recumbent trikes. Very knowledgeable in what they sell. Would highly recommend making the trip to Bentley Cycle for any cycling needs.
