I & P Mechanic

They wanted to charge me $5000 plus to fix my car and do an out of town inspection. Then once they fixed everything they wanted me to pay for another inspection. I chose to take my business elsewhere. They are money mongers.

I took my vehicle in and they repaired it the same day. Quite satisfied and I would go back when I need more maintenance.

they towed our vehicle, took it in and fixed it all in the same day, right around the end of the day too. it helped us out so much as if this didnt happen wed have to do like 15 hours of driving to get my girlfriend to work, spend the night in a hotel, come back for the car, deliver it, then head back home. Thank you guys for real! Genuine kind hearted folks. To people complaining about price, you have to understand in this area where demand is high and labour is short you pay for prompt and quality service.

We didn't get a car fixed there but picked up a U-Haul, the lady was nice, everything went smoothly

Always have great experiences here and I'm so thankful and grateful for how accommodating they are to me, as I am a single mother and depend on my vehicles to make income. I never cringe or I'm reluctant when I have to do my auto repairs with them as I seem to be with other shops so I ensure that I can get my work done with IP mechanical. For a small town their prices are great! Most small town mechanic shops will charge you an arm and a leg for work done, these guys really seem to care about their customers and getting them on the road safely and as cheaply as possible. Got bearings and oil change, they charged me for 1.5 hours and it took 30 mins. Also asked for synthetic oil and they put regular, charged me for synthetic. Terrible place to go

This guy is amazing I pulled up with a major issue where I could not shift, my vehicle was stuck in drive. It was this mans day off and he just happened to be in the shop, had my vehicle back in I’d say a better running stat then I brought it in. I’m over the moon with his service and will definitely be back.

So disappointed, they told me that the air filter that I purchased will be available anytime on the day they told me. So after my work at 7am, I waited until they opened at 9:30am sacrificing the little sleep that I should have since I'm working 12hrs night shift unfortunately, the staff told me that the item is not there yet. So I guess I have to sacrifice again just to get that freakin air filter.

Bad service bad place doesn't have any idea about towing cars the sent 2 tow trucks and a bobcat to pull one truck ram 1500 out of mud while it needs only one truck with driver that knows what he is doing .they sent first towing truck to pull me out of mud and he got stuck with hìs towing truck in the mud with my truck and the next day they sent another tow truck amd a bobcat to pull their tow truck and my truck out and i end up paying for their truck and my truck . They charge me for their driver mistake. They sent me receipt for $1512.00 and when i called them and complained they start making up stories and when they knew that they overcharged me they said we will refund u $440 on ur visa but that was still high price for towing a car out from the mud. I don't recommend them to anyone else because they are not professional

I am new to High Prairie and was nervous to take my vehicle to any mechanic that was not my dad. I&P mechanic was so easy to deal with and went to great lengths to get me a cheaper used part! They even fixed my remote starter for free at one point. The receptionist and mechanic are both so kind and clearly care about their customers! They are my new go-to mechanic in HP.
