Wentworth-Halton X-Ray and Ultrasound Inc

This place was horrible. I called and made a prenatal anatomy appointment here with 2.5 weeks notice. When I was on the phone with the receptionist I said I couldn’t make the 10 can I do 11 instead? She said “Of course no problem the entire day is open” I show up 2.5 weeks later at 11 to find she booked me in the 10 am spot so I missed my appointment. The receptionist at the front had an attitude that WE had inconvenienced HER! Meanwhile I’m so distraught that my 20 week ultrasound ( that I took time off work for already) now is being pushed back because of THEIR mistake and they could care less to try and make it better. This is my first pregnancy and this was an absolute horrible experience. DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE AWFUL! If I could give them a negative star I would.

Very friendly staff. Ultrasound technician is super kind! She did an ultrasound on on my child for something. I remember her from the Brant Street clinic a few years ago when I was pregnant with my youngest. She is very nice & thorough. I highly recommend this clinic and Brant Street one.

Would not recommend for pregnancy ultrasound. They don't have a printer. They were very fast, i will give them that. But they were not very personable and I spent most of the ultrasound in silence and my husband was brought in at the end to see the baby and we maybe had 2 mins.

Support staff were great, but the radiology tech was the most sour health professional I can recall having to deal with. I am grateful this was not an ultrasound for our first pregnancy --nonetheless, we were excited, and expected the tech to at least amuse us in our tame but genuine excitement, rather than appear inconvenienced, and overtly disdainful of our 2 year old. At the time, I asked for the tech's name, but this was in 2012 and I cannot recall.

Went for pregnancy anatomy ultrasound, but they didn’t take me at my due time because they were having technical issues at front desk, which is completely understandable. I waited patiently for 30 mins until I could be seen. Upon entering the room the tech essentially told me she didn’t have time to do my whole appointment, rushed through the scans, admitted she didn’t have time to get all the pictures and I would have to come back. When I asked when the next appointment would be the reply I got was - oh well lots of people need healthcare so I have no idea you have to be patient! If it’s not my fault you’re running late then why couldn’t they take the time to do my appointment properly and slightly push back their schedule?

What an amazing clinic. On time, professional, friendly and efficient. I was so glad I was referred to this office for ultrasound.The front desk reception was fantastic. She was a breath of fresh air.

Great experience. Receptionist was wonderful, very pleasant and efficient. My ultrasound tech was the same. Would definitely go here again.

Went in for an x-ray without appointment just after 1pm. Was in and out very quickly. Friendly staff. (Reception was closed from 12pm-1pm)

This is my first pregnancy and my first ultrasound. I had my dating ultrasound this morning, and was so disappointed with the equipment used. When booking my dating ultrasound, I was told that I would be able to hear the baby’s heartbeat. Sadly, the technician explained while doing the ultrasound that the equipment did not allow you to hear audio of the heartbeat, which was so disappointing. What a let down. I asked if I could have the images printed, and was told that “this printer hasn’t worked in a while”. What the heck?!? Such a disappointment. On the bright side, we were able to see the baby’s heartbeat on the screen (little flicks of light), so that was pretty incredible.I would suggest asking the receptionist when booking your appointment if they offer audio and image printing.

Front desk staff was professional and kind. The ultrasound technician was also professional and nice. This location is on the first floor and has a shared waiting area with another medical clinic. It was not busy when I went at 3:45pm on a Tuesday.Based on my experience I would definitely recommend this clinic for someone looking for an ultrasound.
