Burk's Falls Laundromat

There was plastic on the bottom of a dryer, where only an employee would have access to get, I didn’t notice it putting my stuff in. The whole load caught on fire, and I told her. She only offered me two free loads to get the smoke smell out. I had to throw out $200 worth of bedding.

Like any other laundromat 1/2 the washers don't work. Whoever took my bra it's a $60 bra and I would like it backJust leave it in lost and found. I got my bra back all sticky

The yellow machines, 5$ are amazing and hold a large amount of clothes. If you need help, ring the buzzer. Extremely helpful staff.

17/19 Washing machines out of order. What a waste of time

Few machines out of order but it happens.Over all clean place to go to do your laundry. Wifi is a nice touch when you're sitting and waiting. Very happy with my visit

As I have an RV seasonal site in the area, i am glad to know that the Burks Falls laundromat is close by when in residence at the RV. Great place to do laundry. Lots of machines ... most are large capacity, some larger than others ... the owner is very friendly and helpful. There is a change machine, soap/softener vending machine, rolling baskets and tables; nice added improvement, high speed free WIFI access. There are more improvements to come, but will mean shutting down the laundromat for a bit to get them done ... owner is trying to be very accommodating re: shutting down.Even in these challenges times, still easy to do laundry there; just follow the rules and wear a mask ...

Terrible!!!!! If I could put a 0 star I would. Dirty machines and almost all of them are out of service. Kearney, Suds on Main is clean and the machines work

EDIT:There is only TWO working machines in the entire building out of like 20. One of the two working machines, you can only use cold water. Save yourself the money and frustration and drive 11 minutes north to Sundridge. Machines in Sundridge are only $4, brand new and take half the time as BF. I will never support this establishment again.There is more out of order washing machines than there is working ones. Every time I come to do my laundry, I have to come back several times as the only 3 working machines are always in use. Very, very frustrating. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt, but it’s been the same way for over year now, and just continues to get worse.The more working machines you have in your establishment, the more money you’re gonna make! Ignoring the issue and placing out of order signs on every broken machine is a direct reflection of you, the person you are and the business you are failing to run.

Machines are very old. Some require you to slam the door to just get a load started.There are more machines that are out of order than there are that work. So do not expect to get a load going very quickly.I dont normally leave bad reviews but I have wasted my time bringing all my laundry here.
