Pre ordered balloons for my daughters 1st birthday party about 3 weeks ahead of the day. Went to pick up the morning of, and the balloons were not even ready. I didn’t have time to wait around for them to make them, but I was lucky enough to have a family member grab them later for me. When my family member picked them up later, they never even gave the bags for the balloons to help keep them organized, which was paid for. Just disappointed in the lack of organization and would not recommend this location for party supplies.
