The customer support and ordering parts is a complete joke.We ordered a part with Sebastian. a week later there is no part, no tracking number, we are talking to number of different customer support reps, they cant log into their system to track the shipment, they say that they'd call back and never do day after day while we are loosing customers because of our machine being down. The machine worked great and we liked it, but the customer support is pathetic. We are going to change our mixing machines as a result of this ordeal.

A Marca Hero no Brasil deixou um péssima imagem... Deixou seus clientes sem atendimento, deixou seus clientes sem peças e deixou seu representante legal complementante sem recursos.... Não dá para confiar numa marca dessas...
