Clearene Pool & Spa Services

If you file a home warranty claim and get assigned Clearene pool and Spa services, expect to be treated as 'low priority'. I have experienced:- 10-15+ day response time. In almost each situation I had to reach out to get a status update on what was going on with my claim. Only when I reached out (and left a voicemail or text because they never answer) did I get a call from scheduling to get a technician out.- Missed technician appointment. Had an appointment that took weeks to get scheduled...the technician never showed up. Called the next day to see what's going on and got a new date for  weeks later. I had to get my pool closing postponed twice due to the poor response time and missed appointment.- I was upcharged a few hundred dollars so I could get a dual speed pool pump installed as a replacement for my broken pump - Sounds great, but when the pump was installed it only functioned at low speed. After filing a new claim, Clearene sent out a technician a few weeks later to wire the pump correctly. The pump STILL doesn't operate at high speed. What did I pay for?My experience speaking with the staff has always been great, so I cannot give this company one star, but they need to either hire more staff or figure out the miscommunication issues between the warranty claims person and the scheduler.

They where vary helpful with the repair of my spa that stopped heating. We had thought we had lost the spa. They where super friendly.

After many years of owning a pool and hot tub and working with another company, finding Clearene was a dream come true. The staff is amazing, quick to respond, knowledgeable, and the prices are competitive. The office staff and on-site reps are wonderful. I also appreciate the before service and after service follow up emails. Highly recommend.

Great Customer service!! We purchased a spa from a Company that is not very easy to work with. Clearene did the warranty work and went above and beyond with customer service and prompt service to repair the spa and fix the imbalance we had with knowledge of what chemicals to use. Great Company!

We had bought new spa they where quick to set it up and helpful with teaching us how to use it. Would recommend them

Please stay away from this company. I would never hire them for any pool service. They came through my home warranty company American Home Shield. Incompetent people, never picks up the phone, unprofessional, no show on scheduled appointment is a norm for them, and the list goes on and on.

A+++++ Amazing. I'm in tears writing this review. We had a medical emergency in our family that left us urgently needing to have our swim spa and hot tub sanitized and winterized or risk having the entire thing ruined as the spa and entire house was going to be empty and unused for several months. Life had been turned upside down overnight for me and the kids.Kim in the office and Mike jumped in, snuck us into the schedule and made it happen when I could barely function before anything happened to a very expensive tub. They were extremely empathetic about our situation, used their experience as a firefighter to properly deal with the situation we had.I cant say enough amazing things about them and recommend them for any job large or small.Picture is of the swim spa they serviced. It is certainly unique.

Always reliable with good info for us as first-time (unexpected!) pool owners. Could maybe communicate a little more the day ahead of the expected service at times as they tend to come and go quickly when doing their business. Know it's a lot to coordinate.

Winter cover taken off Ok.water in pool green.raised water level to be cleaned.. supposed to be cleaned on Thursday or Friday before Memorial Day. Didn’t happen all weekend didn’t happen . Never got to use the pool all weekend No call backs after calling why ? No return calls all week and weekend .
