Food is great no doubt about it but the staff is very rude and does not even respond to our requests and most important thing is they dont know how to speak english i dont know where they from but they don’t understand what i was saying as she was not canadian so thats why she was being rude to me

Horrible service. All I did was ask for my straw to take a drink and they just kept talking to eachother and just proceeded to tell me it will be in my bag"Please advise your workers to take care of customer service and to be present in the moment so that people can enjoy the food they purchased.Whom knows how long the people would be and I know I'd be thirsty when purchasing my food."

I have ordered in the past and food was cold but decided to try again recently since I work close by and it's convenient. When I got to the counter I observed a very dirty store. The lady at the back counter where they prep orders had an overfilled garbage beside her almost touching where the food is made. I saw her touch the garbage and not wash her hands and that was enough for me. I've since walked by a few times and each time I look in its so dirty.

Check your food before you take a bite to eat !!! I ordered bean taco; gave special instructions 3 times that, I am vegetarian and make sure it is Beans Tacos, I got my order and guess what, it was Beef Tacos, I went back and let cashier know, she get me new order which took 10 mins; meanwhile my fries get soggy, she did not apologized for wrong order.

Family of four out shopping, decided to grab something quick before heading home.We chose this Taco Bell/KFC (regretfully) and it was simply not worth it.I generally don't have high expectations for Taco Bell to start but these people did a great job of taking the bar even lower...Hard shell beef taco had barely any beef, shell was shattered.Immediately took it back and politely asked for replacement.2nd taco had even less meat than the first, mostly stuffed with lettuce.Beef burrito was mostly rice.Fries were bland and almost cold.At least they didn't mess up the kids popcorn chicken and 2 PC combos...Workers seemed annoyed and unpleasant.Will simply not bother with this location again.

poor service, cold fries, 15 minutes and the chalupa is still not ready. and there is only 1 person. workers do not consider their work. They spend with the cell phone. Dirty

Fast service, cashier was super helpful and how's me out when I couldn't decide if I wanted the combo or not. Food was got and delicious. Could've used mild sauce on the side, but that was my bad for not asking for it

long waits, order wrong, food quality bad, dirty. fountain drink machine either flat or not working. never ice, kids running it. go here if you want all these things to happen to you at once probally
