We had Pool Solutions out to fix an issue with our pool plumbing. The service tech was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond. We could not be happier with the entire interaction from start to finish. Highly recommend for any of your pool needs.

Some of the best customer service I’ve had in 20 years. Ameina and the store manager are top notch, and I know if I’m speaking with them I can tell they genuinely care about the service they provide. In my opinion that out values anything else. You can’t buy service like this anymore.Update as a new pool owner I was confused about some of the process and was nervous to run the pump myself. The owner Hank himself came out and had it running same day with a handshake. Took time to answer my questions. Simply galvanizing my trust in them moving forward. Exception job.

Since we moved to Waterloo we are using Pool Solutions for opening and closing the pool, buying chemicals and had a liner replacement. Only good things to say. They are very knowledgeable and always ready to help.

I have been using this company for pool opening and closing for the last few years. Their service level has declined significantly to a point that I will not be using them any more.The pool opening experience this year was terrible and here is a summary:- they said they would come between 11am - 1pm and they showed up at 4pm.- the two guys who eventually showed up had no clue what they were doing. They obviously didn't receive proper training and didn't care. This one is on the owner for sending unqualified and careless people.- they turned the water pump without removing gizzmo/plug from the skimmer and would have burned the pump if I wasn't there.- they broke the chlorinator without acknowledging it. had to buy a new one for $175+tax- After I saw that they were clueless, I ended taking them through the steps to complete the job- I didn't receive a service worth the price they charged and I'm lucky that they didn't make more damage.SAVE YOURSELF A TROUBLE AND DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.

I have used this company to open/ close pool for several years. However this year's closing service gave me surprisingly poor experience.On the service day, I arrived home shortly after the crew left and found the backyard messy, all the container and storage bin were left open, along with a skimmer basket standing alone being separated from other parts. Next I found wide gap between winter lock cover and the curve side of my pool -- the cover was ordered and custom-made by this company! Lastly I received an invoice put underneath my front door mat showing one extra hour ($120 + tax) labor added to the price of standard service I ordered every year - It is the same pool serviced by this company for several years, and there was never such extra hour labor charge on previous invoices.I immediately contacted the manager through email (with pictures I took) and text messages regarding issues stated above ... two days later I received an email reply from the operation manager. Rather than providing any explanations, I was simply struck with a notice/ decision that they must charge me extra hour labor from now on till future. Not any feedback was given regarding the gap between lock cover and the pool side wall. I have submitted a formal complain through Customer Protection Ontario.

Hank Davis and his crew recently replaced our pool liner. Excellent workmanship. Highly recommended if you need a liner replacement or pool service. We use them every year for openings and closings.

We have had pool solutions complete all new lines and a skimmer replacement. Everyone has been very helpful and informative. We also recently had a service call with Mike and he was great as well. All around our experiences with pool solutions have been wonderful.

We opened our pool this week & Mike & Mackenzie were amazing opened & cleaned everything & very quickl :) would recommend them to everyone ! When I close & open my pool I will request them :)

The new filter and pump are much more efficient than my old ones, and my pool is crystal clear and sparkling.
