Customer service is 0 in this store. I went to fitting room and then when I give the clothes back to the lady in fits she told me that everytime I visit this store I should keep in mind that if I am trying something I have to hang it and then give it back. She was very rude. She told me this twice and I felt so disrespectful.

Worst service H&M in the world!I have been shopping at H&M for over 10 years in North America and Asia stores. I have never had issue and I love H&M quality and price.However the shorter male with glasses store manager didn’t care any business! The only he would say was “I can’t do anything” and he would lie about the store policy to customers!We called the customer service right in front of him then he knew he couldn’t act for long. Then he finally does his job with a long face!Quit if you hate your job!

Store is decent but I’m pretty sure a secret shopper (lady with short hair) was following me around and not really slick, not sure why unless it’s just racial profiling. She followed me until I got to the checkout at the end to buy my stuff and then as soon as I got to the counter, she disappeared. Overall experience was okay, staff was helpful and they had the item I needed but the secret shopper made me feel uncomfortable.

This review was for the time I went in December 2022 even though it’s now closed for renovation. I hope it will change after it re-open.I bought a jacket online and it was too large. I called the customer service and I was told that I can go get a refund in store.I drove 40 minutes to this Metrotown store. The first thing the male manager said to me was I can’t get a refund. I said I was told to come. He said stores NEVER take online return!I left the store. My family was angry because we drove all the way here as told by the CS. I called the CS again, her name was Bee, she was super helpful. She checked my jacket was qualified for a store return that she asked to speak to that male manager.He refused to speak to her. He then proceeded to the cashier and asked me show him the receipt. I opened my email and he said he won’t take receipt in the email format. It’s the email from H&M that he rejected.He further giving me hard time by requesting there’s only ONE receipt from the app that he would take. I stood there to wait for H&M app to load. He said he won’t refund me if the app can’t load. I asked him to wait together because many customers were having issue loading into the app at that time.He also interrupted me from talking in the phone with Bee.I wasted 30 minutes for the whole process which it was just a simple online return. For the whole time this manager was keeping his worse attitude. My kids said thanks to him, he ignored them. It’s definitely the worst H&M shop.

Clean and light shopping floor. Shopping space is pretty big with life music or radio provided. Price is not bad. Employees are nice and friendly. Check out time is normal. Credit cards accepted. Fitting rooms available. Located inside of Metrotown shopping mall. Free mall parking available. Easy access.

Went there for an exchange for a sale item- there was a hole in the collar of the shirt which was literally unnoticeable ( after checking the receipt where it was written that the sale items can be exchanged within 30 days and cashier didn’t even inform that it was final sale). However, the associate said she cannot do it because it was before Christmas and called for manager. I told them i do not want a refund but want to exchange for any other item. But, the manager said they cannot do it because they don’t know if i was the one who did it. How can you say that to a customer’s face. Never going to this h & m again.

H&m has false advertising. I came to this location on the weekend. The workers will lie to you when you ask them about an item. I asked a worker at the metro town location if they had this item I wanted. The retail worker lied to me and told me I have to order it online. when I checked online to see if it was available at this location and it was in stock at their Metrotown location.

Very nice showroom for all type of clothes of men and women. All eccessories are also available.
