Fantastic service!The only company that was able and willing to come and get me last night being stuck in Algonquin Park!The staff were SO friendly and helpful! Hunter was super easy going and was such a rockstar when I told him how far my car had to be towed (like 3+ hours away from Algonquin and totally out of his way)...Still, he showed up! With such a positive attitude and got my car safely to the shop at home!

Called and got my car towed, service was fast, friendly, efficiently dropped at the location. They are on the expensive side so keep that in mind, they charge a base fee of 150, which doesn’t include admin fees that’s an extra 30$ plus tax, plus your KMS. I ended up paying 265.10 to tow my car 13 km (11 min) from my house to the shop. My fault for not double checking the quote but i had gotten a friends car towed from Gravenhurst to orillia at the rate of 182 and assumed it would be less than that since it is way closer. If you don’t have CAA I would advise using someone else, I won’t be using them again.

Very impressed with speed and quality and friendliness of service. Broke down on our vacation and driver Liam and the dispatcher were extremely polite and responsive. Their matter-of-fact approach helped in a stressful situation.

I called Northland relatively late at night and in quite a predicament. I spoke with the owner and he had a driver to my location almost immediately. The driver was quick to load my vehicle and get it back to my property, and right in its proper parking spot. Very professional service, dealt with my situation with true care and compassion. Will only call on Northland if ever needed in the future. Thanks guys.

All I can say is don’t waste your time calling anybody else. These guys are the best they’re very professional and they look after you better than your mom does. Thanks a lot for all your help and getting me to where I need to be safely. My rating is 10 out of 10.

We are from out of town and had a breakdown in Bracebridge with our company vehicle. We were given a 30 minute ETA and Tow Truck driver, Liam, arrived within 17 minutes. He loaded our vehicle quickly and happily brought us to the truck centre and even offered to drive us to a hotel if we couldn't get it fixed on the same day. Thank you Liam and your dispatch for your efficiency, professionalism and kindness.

Good day.I got a little stuck with my tractor making a skating rink and also got a little wet. I called these guys and they where here in two hours and had my tractor out of the water shortly after that. Very fast service and great service. Got my machine into the dealership as well. Would strongly recommend these guys any time. Thanks again.
