I have had the pleasure of being a member of Milton Escarpment Toastmasters club for the past 2 years, and I can confidently say that it has been one of the most beneficial experiences of my professional development. The club provides a supportive and encouraging environment for individuals to develop their public speaking and leadership skills.Through the various speaking opportunities and leadership roles within the club, I have been able to improve my presentation skills. I have learned how to structure a speech, use visual aids effectively, and engage with my audience. Furthermore, participating in the club's evaluations and receiving constructive feedback has helped me to identify areas for improvement and to work on them.In addition to improving my presentation skills, being a member of Toastmasters has also helped me to develop my negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities. Through various activities and exercises, I have learned how to effectively communicate and persuade others, as well as how to handle difficult situations and conflicts.Overall, I highly recommend Milton Escarpment Toastmasters Club to anyone looking to improve their public speaking and leadership skills.
