I have my first appointment booked for next week but I’m already happy with the experience. The other ultrasound place I had gone to for my first one took weeks to call me for an appointment and wouldn’t allow you to book over the phone. Here I called and reception answered right away, she was very friendly, informative and able to book me in a week. Previous experience at another office has been awful. I am excited for my appointment with this office and staff and will update after my appointment.

I was able to call and get an appt same day for my young daughter. I was so grateful as I didn't want to wait days to get her seen. She had to have a full bladder (which is hard for a 6 year old!) so when we showed up they all scrambled and reworked their other patients to get my daughter in right away. The tech was very nice and helped relax my daughter.

Best clinic I've been to! Office staff was friendly and accommodating. I've never had an ultrasound booked so quickly.I saw Sadaf for my ultrasound. She was friendly, professional and efficient.I highly recommend this clinic. I hope I don't need anymore tests, but if I do I will go here.Thank you for your hard work!!

had the best experience for pregnancy ultrasound, they treat you so well and with such care. Aman handled my ultrasound sessions and she was blessing to have to, such compassion and care towards the parents to be. She cleared all the doubts with such patience and genuineness. if you are first time mother/parents, this place is great.

Twice this clinic worked with me and my schedule to ensure I was able to get an appointment on the same day or next. Their staff are friendly, professional, and compassionate. I was never left waiting; my appointment time was when I was brought in. From this point forward I will ask for all my requisitions to happen here. Worth the 40 minute drive to get this kind of service.

I did not have a good experience with my first trimester baby ultrasound here. They rushed me in, and told my fiancé he could not come with me and claimed they had to make sure the “baby was okay” before he could come in? Which set a tone of discomfort immediately. They didn’t explain any of the procedure and didn’t let me see the screen. They then did a trans vaginal ultrasound where the technician again did not walk me through what she was doing while inside me and didn’t let me see the screen at all. At the end I told her I wanted my fiancé to see our firstChild together. She pulled me off the pillow, taking the paper with it so my bare bottom was cold on the table with nothing under it and then rushed my fiancé and I in toShow us quickly only a few seconds of our ultrasound. I even had to ASK to see the screen and have it pointed to me as I hadn’t even seen my own baby at that point my fiancé saw before I did. When I asked questions at the end she completely disregarded me and told me everything would be in the report. I felt rushed and completely let down for the first experience of connecting with my first pregnancy. I won’t be going back.

I've been to other ultrasound places for pregnancy in the past. Bolton medical imaging is by far best of the best. Truly FANTASTIC. First thing I noticed was friendly staff at the front desk. They are so sweet and just overall great vibe- there was no one grouchy or rude like some of these other places ive been to. The techs that I've had so far were very friendly, made me feel calm while getting my ultrasound done. Printed out a picture for me without me even asking for one :) all the other ultrasound places I went to the machine was broken" or they didn't do it. Overall great experience and I would recommend pregnant women to go here!"

I have gone to this ultrasound clinic a total of 4 times throughout my pregnancy and 2 of those appointments were terrible.At my 13 week anatomy scan, the technician had the nerve to get visibly angry at me and accuse me of not drinking enough water. She was huffing and puffing and had a very rude tone. My back was hurting a lot as I was lying down and she refused to let me sit up and have a short break. Then when it was time for my husband to come in, she changed her tone and offered me a rolled up towel to help my back feel better.Then at my 20 week anatomy scan, I had what seemed like a new technician because she had no idea what she was doing. She took over 130 images and none were showing my baby’s gender, even though I specifically asked for that at the beginning of the appointment. She also made it seem like letting us know the gender was a huge secret and we needed to “find out from our doctor.” The baby was cooperating so it wasn’t an issue of her not being able to obtain the images. She also kept running out of the room to ask questions to her coworkers, which was alarming and made her seem even more incompetent. I lied on my back in agony for an hour because she had to keep leaving the room to ask what to do next. At one point I really needed to take a break and had trouble getting up. She was very rude and said, “You’re back is already in a lot of pain. You’re only halfway through your pregnancy! How are you going to manage the next half when you’re a lot bigger?” She also asked if I was working, which was none of her business. When my husband came into the room, the baby (again) was in the perfect position to show the gender and she purposely skimmed over the area so that he couldn’t see anything. What was supposed to be an exciting appointment where we find out the gender so we could start putting gender-specific items on our registry and celebrate with our family turned into a nightmare of an appointment. I do not recommend this clinic.
