I recently had the displeasure of dealing with one price dealership. I cannot emphasize enough how dreadful my experience was with this establishment. If you value your time, sanity, and money, I implore you to steer clear of this car dealership at all costs.First and foremost, the service was beyond abysmal. The staff -specifically Shah- displayed a shocking lack of professionalism, courtesy, and competence. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them. Whenever I had a question or concern, it felt like pulling teeth to get any kind of meaningful response. The sales representative was disinterested and unhelpful, and it seemed as though they were more interested in pushing me towards a sale rather than addressing my needs or concerns.Communication at one price was virtually non-existent. Phone calls and texts went unanswered for days, if not weeks, and then 2 months, leaving me in a constant state of frustration and uncertainty. It was incredibly difficult to get any updates on the status of my purchase. It felt like I was constantly chasing after the dealership just to get basic information. They showed a complete disregard for effective communication.Furthermore, the level of professionalism exhibited by the staff was appalling. Instead of being treated with respect and courtesy, I felt like an inconvenience to the dealership. It was as if my business was of no importance to them. The lack of basic customer service skills and common courtesy was truly shocking.To add insult to injury, the overall condition of the vehicle was subpar. It was evident that minimal effort was put into ensuring the cars were in good condition before being offered for sale.In conclusion, I cannot stress enough how terrible my experience was at this dealership. The combination of abysmal service, nonexistent communication, and unprofessionalism left a lasting negative impression. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere for your car buying needs. This was a prime example of bad customer service, and I would strongly advise against subjecting yourself to their incompetence.I would give negative stars if I could.

My experience with One Price Superstore was extremely disappointing. I was dealing with Ipshit and Asif at one price superstore. I made a $500 deposit for car reservation, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel it and even I didn’t sign any documents from them, Despite their refund policy clearly stating a reimbursement, they have refused to refund me the $500. Their lack of integrity and failure to honor their own policies is unacceptable. I feel cheated and taken advantage of as a customer. I strongly advise against doing business with One Price Superstore if you value transparency and fair treatment. They play and cheat with the Customers and make money. Don’t even take your call and reply you. Please don’t deal with them go for another lots of good options in the market.
