Grossman's Tavern
This is an old bar, but it is an awesome place to experience a wide variety of music. If you want an environment that's relaxed this is a great place to go. A wide range of ages attend this bar, very casual. I've been going for years and have seen some awesome blues music without paying a cover charge. That alone is a bonus.

Worst place ever!!!!!! We parked at the parking lot and gave $10 deposit. We parked for 2 hours and came within the time limit. They were suppose to give us $5 back. But nobody was present at the register for parking. This asian old lady comes after 10 minutes and tell us to forget about our $5 as we were late. I even had proof of us being on time but she didn’t care to even look and said forget about the $5 because you are late 1 minutes over the time limit. Be careful of the cash you give these people. You won’t get it back. Too sad to have such money snatching people.

Poor communication and rude staff. Our band was listed as the wrong time slot on their website, which did not change despite repeated attempts to contact Grossman’s. They also stiffed us when it was time to pay their entertainment. Will not be going here or playing here again

Absolutely love this place! The music and atmosphere on weekend evenings is second to none in this city. You feel like you’re with a whole bunch of friends when you go to Grossman’s. The bands are lively, engaging and fun, the music is amazing, the people are fantastic, warm, and friendly.Bar service is hit or miss depending on who you have, and I would recommend hitting up somewhere else for dinner before or after. But again, you come here for the music and the atmosphere. It’s a rare gem.

Absolutely amazing place. The people here are always friendly, you can talk to anyone. The food is great and not expensive, I would recommend the Grossman’s Burger. Nice fried onion and tomatoes with a handmade patty. The music is great, really any night of the week, and there’s plenty of choices of beer. There is SO much history here, it’s been open since 1948. Many famous people have played here.
