One the most amazing life changing experiences I had was when I attended the PCMK Course which was conducted by Betska and John Burr. PCMK has changed my entire perspective towards life as a whole. The methodologies are based on hard scientific facts and hence they change us at a cellular level which brings in permanent positive change in our perceptions, our beliefs and our habits, thus catapulting us towards success in all our areas of life (professional as well as personal life). I received executive coaching from Betska through my workplace. Little did I know it would change my life, personally and professionally forever.
