Pretty poor service

December 21, 2022 @ 11:18pm - On 88th Ave close to 134 A St in Surrey, Car HG-781 had a Hawk Security guard driving the vehicle in an erratic manner not only being on the phone (in hand), but also fully uniformed, looking completely under the influence, a.k.a. stoned. I was driving and almost got hit because he kept drifting into my lane (me driving on the left), while he himself was also carrying a passenger that was not uniformed and completely careless, fully aware that the car is fully covered with Hawk Security’s brand. I have reported this to Hawk Security’s main dispatch office, and I have also put a non-emergency complaint towards the police as well. This is not proper security conduct, per the BC Security Act and I am honestly appalled at the fact that this security company is still in operation when there are way better, local and reputable security companies (for example, D&M Security is great and local to the GVA) out there that are serious about the job and are able to respect the uniform... What a shame, looks like anyone can slap on a uniform and make up a brand and name and call themselves a reputable security company with reliable and keen employees.

Professional and skilled security guards.This company takes good care of its employees. This company Ensures that all the safety regulations and rules are met while working on different sites. Their customer service and professionalism is at the highest level.

This company is a con & scammers. They were to deliver a package to my mother, she sent them $6,400.00 and she has still not seen the package. She told them she wants her money back. She was told the money was in the mail coming back to her. When it never showed up she asked again for her money back. They refused to refund her money and is still trying to get her to send $23,000.00 more for the package. She requested her money to be return again and was told they have not received any money from her. I hope you never get scammed like my mother has been. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!
