Central Plaza Laundry

Natalie is awesome!! I brought bedding for nine beds from my short-term rental for a wash and fold at 4 pm on Tuesday. She started the laundry immediately and I was able to pick it all up at 7:30 pm the same day even though I told her I would pick it up on Thursday. I didn't expect this quick a turnaround and I won't in the future but I'm still super impressed by her upbeat happy personality and her get-the-job done attitude. Thank you Natalie.

The weekend staff are purely sweet and helpful. The place is always spotless, right to the actual washers being cleaned & dusted. It's clean and bright; unlike other laundrymats which are often quite the opposite. The machines are fast, work very well. You can be in and out in less than an hour easy. There is no public restroom or debit, however, keep that in mind before leaving the house, but there is a handy ATM machine available. They provide wash & dry services as well as stock for your laundry needs should any one forget to bring anything with them. Available are rolling metal baskets to make your laundry task easier on your back. They are centrally located in North Bay. Have snacks & drinks available for sale while you wait. Even on weekends where you'd expect a lot of traffic, there are always machines available with 17 washers and 10 hefty dryers at your disposal. This place makes doing laundry outside the home not so bad. :)

This laundromat is very nice. Clean, lots of machines, and the staff is so friendly and helpful. I don’t worry about my laundry in this facility, and I’m thankful for a clean environment to do my laundry. Thank you!

The lady was extremely sweet and helpful. It was my first time in a laundromat so i had no idea what to do. She was very patient and sweet. The place is very clean. I will definitely be coming here again!

Went there for the first time. The place looked great. But I walked in and the worker that was there was so rude.. not professional. Wasn't helpful at all. I had to beg for a response and was struggling. She gave no help, no advice nothing. I was told that there greeting was good and and professional. This girl ain't. I am going elsewhere. Its unfortunate cause it's so close. My first impression was not good. Grey hair lady with glasses. It was ungreating. Seems like wash and fold people get top priority. They had all the service in the world. Not me.I do have to say there extremely clean.... I might try again with a different person.

Always clean. Friendly, helpful staff on hand. Outside of peak hours, always plenty of machines available. Very quick (can wash and dry a medium size load in just under an hour). Could use a bit more seating. No oversize washers. $2.50 wash and $0.25 per 4 minutes dry seems a bit expensive to me, but it's been a long time since I've had to use a laundromat. Overall, impressed.

The attendant was Amazing. She helped me carry my laundry in as I have a bumb knee. The place is clean, lots of washers/dryers and a bathroom for patron use only!!!Thank God I came at a not so busy time...lol

It's what you expect from a downtown laundromat. Clean enough, if a bit small. Trouble is, they keep closing early. Sign says last load at 7, and I've arrived there at 6:45-6:50 and been turned away a few times. Very frustrating.

This place is great!! The folks working here are always really nice and helpful. The space is clean and inviting, and I never feel anxious to leave my laundry to wash/dry in the machines here while I go get a coffee.
