Tak Fu Dim Sum Emperor
They may have a small area where customers eat, but the food is really good and price is reasonable. Since there were only 2 of us, we were asked to share the table with a family, which we do not mind at all. We have tried their siomai, buns, sticky rice in lotus leaf, shrimp ones and all were served quickly. You may want to bring cash to pay for your bill.We will surely come back again.

Tak Fu Dim Sum Emperor
Dim sum at this quite (few customers) restaurant is surprising good. They serve the regular run-of-the-mill dim sums but delicious and decently priced. Tea charge is only $1 per person, though I think it should be included in the meal. Menu is not a long list but enough for the brunch appetite. Better than most restaurants for quality and service.

Everything was good except for the Fried Glutinous Rice Dumpling (鹹水角) too thick of glutinous crust and the Stir fried Beef noodle (干炒牛河) I didn't even take a picture of the noodle; the noodles were stuck together either they didn't use the right noodle or the chef does not specialize in noodle dishes. Stick with the Dim Sum avoid the noodle dishes.

The waiter does not let us go until we pay 10% tips for the bill, so anergy what they did. Giving tips should be the right of the customer not the responsibility of customer. since they don’t allowed us to pay by card, I am not satisfied with the situation. Will never come back.

A small authentic Dim Sum place in north Scarborough. They hand make their dim sum . We tried 7 different dishes and they were all good . Our server was very nice and speedy . The dim was steamed fresh . There was a couple of dishes I have not seen or heard of and surprised of how good they were . I highly recommend sticky rice with preserved meat bun. Steamed dumpling with pork, mushrooms and bamboo shoots . Steamed dumpling with pork and peanut . This will be a go to place !

Small dim sum restaurant brimming with locals, and definitely more traditional than the modern settings. This place brings a lot of nostalgia as it offers dishes that I used to love as a kid that isn't often served in other dim sum places. Plus it's cheaper too.Make sure to try the fried taro dumpling, deep fried shirmp roll with salad dressing and steamed bbq bun, along with the dim sum classics

Food is decent. Not the best, but definitely not the worst. Prices are a bit pricey, but dimsum has gone up in price every where. Place is not fancy and the service is not the best, but I'd say it's okay. I'm still looking for a good restaurant with a good taste and price balance.

This is a really good dimsum place. I rate this a 4.5 stars relative to other dimsum places in the area. We ordered a good amount for our party and the food comes out quick enough.The food that we ordered were all delicious and some we ordered for another round including the fried squid tentacles and deep fried shrimp dumpling which was large. Others we ordered were tasty also like pork steamed bun, pork ribs, siumai, pork sti ky rice and chicken feet.However, other places do not charge for tea and it looks like they did here. The prices were typical. The servers were alright.

Tak Fu Dim Sum Emperor
Came with seven family members on January 3, 2023 and it was fantastic. We made a reservation for 12 noon and it was a good thing we did because the place was packed. Even with all the people in there we had great service from the three women who worked the front of the house. The food was delicious. Fresh and tasty. We ordered way too much but took a lot home. I hope to be back soon.

Tak Fu Dim Sum Emperor
Kind of dated, hole in the wall place in an older shopping arcade. The place had the aroma of an old HK dim sum restaurant which was a good thing. Only locals where dining in so I know this had to be pretty good, and it turned out to be one of the best dim sum places I've been to outside of HK. Highly recommend anything with shrimp as their shrimp dishes are really good.
