I'm still pretty new to the CPAP world, and had been having issues with my mask fitting properly, and getting a successful seal with it. Both Tracy and Shelby have been absolutely amazing in helping me find the right mask to fit properly. They have been nothing but patient, and extremely helpful during this process. After several mask suggestions, and trials of different masks and sizes, we've finally found one that fits better and seals nicely. I can't thank them enought for all their help in getting the right fit and product. Highly recommend this location and the staff if you're in need of CPAP products.

Stopped by just to get a mask. Mail order costs $95. The same mask at this location is $340. Straight up crooks. Would strongly advise going elsewhere.

Very kind and helpful staff especially Emily and Tracy, they go above and beyond. They made me feel comfortable and really cared for my well being, gave me the right CPAP and helped me adjust to it. This machine is saving my life and I'm grateful for this facility and the personnel, cannot recommend enough!

bought a mask here for my cpap and I feel that it was way to expensive. I never should have bought it but the place I normally deal with was out of my mask and this was my only option. I paid $1OO more than I should have and I will not spend any more money there.

From ensuring the mask fit correctly to trying different breathing devices, to dealing with any issues that I raised, Tanya could not have been more supportive and helpful. I strongly recommend Brantford Home Sleep Care to anyone looking CPAP services.

Very efficient, kind and compassionate staff. Excellent policy on returning a mask if it does not fit properly. Professionally curated service towards the individual. Understanding of the unique needs of the patient/client.Very willing to work with where somebody is act in their CPAP/sleep apnea treatment journey. The ladies that work there are lovely but did not disclose any prices. Later when my husband was in to pick up the mask they charged him $295. $100 more than any other place charges for the same product. This place is shameful. Do not shop here!! Go to Medigas.
