Please do not buy anything from Kool-It.Never buy Kool_It Freezer or Fridge.It was a bad experience of mine.After 4 month of purchase the freezer, I had complained a bout a very strong disgusting smell from the freezer. All the food got chemical smell. Then there was a guy who barely speak English came to see my freezer, he just ignored the problem and said that it was normal to have the smell like that and rudely left.The Freezer smell full of chemical even after a year.Then 1 year and a half later, when the city had an electrical black out for several hours at night, and back on again, all of my other GE fridge and freezer were back on as usual, but my Kool-It freezer could not turn on by itself. No one expected it happened, all the seafood boxes and bags were spoiled.Don’t try to save money on KOOL_IT Fridge or Freezer.Kool-It don’t have any technical support in Canada and they do not stand behind their products.Buy North American or European products alwayslast at least 20 years and they never have any smell, your money worth it!
