Super unprofessional and disrespectful! Just inquired about the financing options of a car I test drove and the exact manager’s response was: “I will provide you with the financing options only if you are buying it today!” Even grocery stores have better customer service. If I were you, instead of replying to this with a “we are sorry message….” like other comments, I would actually improve my service, and value my client’s time

Very helpful when a visiting friend had a car emergency over the holidays. In spite of a heavy schedule, Service Manager Brian went out of his way to help her get back on the road as soon as possible.

I just bought my beautiful Lexus from Mateemn. I have been looking for a used vehicle for about 18 months. My last car purchase was 12 years ago, so I am not an impulsive buyer. Mateemn was excellent, very detail orientated, calm, professional, honest, and kind. There was no pressure sales, and every question was answered respectively. I live in Toronto so this dealership was worth the drive. I found the perfect vehicle, low kms, no accidents and competitively priced. When I picked the car up, it was immaculate. I was going to buy the same vehicle in Toronto with more kms, and I am so glad I waited. You will not find, this level of service, time and detail in Toronto. Can I put 0 stars? Totally unprofessional and deceiving! They advertised a vehicle as “Purchase Price” with no asterisk saying “price does not include” like most responsible dealers would have done. I offered to purchase and they came back with a 4K increase! The Sales Manager’s attitude was basically take it or leave it. I notified the General Manager about my concerns and 48 hours later haven’t had a response. I guess, based on some other reviews, poor customer service is the norm at this location!

Beware of this dealership. I visited them for Lexus RX 350 recently. They keep calling me every day to finalize the deal and once we agreed on terms and conditions, I went to sign papers and arrange the pickup. At that moment, they changed the agreed quote and said they can not meet the commitment they did over phone.They might not value their own time and energy but need to be respectful of others time.Never expected this unprofessional and unethical behavior from such reputed automotive organization.

Servicing team were amazing. Had an emergency repair required and Brian and the experts in the shop reviewed the damage, kept me engaged in options over the next hour and they tried to figure out if they could help me get back on the road and fixed the issue with my Toyota! Recommended to me by Canadian Tire, as they were unable to help, I was amazed that Lexus was so welcoming and accommodating. Thanks to the Lexus Team, for making me feel welcome and valued. I looked at a Lexus 350 as well (wow).

Very clean facility, polite informative staff. Professional on all levels. Took vehicle for test drive also clean and well maintained.

Recently bough an es 350 from them . I had a terrible experience with them , I had finalized the deal on Saturday and had inspected the car . But after I went back to complete the deal I was shocked to see the condition of the car. It had been driven close to 400Km during 4 day period and it had been damaged the stone chips and scuffed/ rubbed paint around the chips was all over the hood of the vehicle. There was one Asian fellow how was there at the end because everyone had left after the deal was done. He was kind enough to clean the vehicle ( Thats right they didn't even bother cleaning it) from the inside and outside and apply some paint protection lubricant on the vehicle so that the rubbing marks around the chips weren't that visible. Right after I saw those paint chips I reached out to the Manager Jason he didn't even bother responding and then I sent an Email to Corey and he too ignored my request to investigate who had driven the vehicle and caused the damage. I mean the audacity , corruptness and unprofessionalism of these people is off the charts. That Asian fellow should be made Manager of this place because I had half a mind that day to go the police.AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!

I went here over 5 years ago and it was brutal. For a warrenty issue then, I was given a rental car to drive home. They dropped me off at a rental car place for my loaner car. It wasn’t great.Since then they have changed their service manager and it is significantly better.in the last two weeks I was in twice for two separate warrenty related issues. Needed loaner cars for both over night services. Much better, friendly service. Clean cars.They now clean the front mats, wipe down the car and give it a wash.Way better service.Great job. I don’t need to go to lakeview Lexus (used to serve food to clients). It’s farther, different market.
