I have been attending Jewels yoga classes for over 20 years, her commitment, knowledge and dedication to her participants is amazing. She brings passion, enthusiasm and positive energy to every class. I highly recommend her classes to everyone with all levels of experience.

I like Jewel classes, at first, I was anxious that I wouldn't be able to follow in a group, So last summer, I started with private lessons. Jewel helped me to built back confidence and since last fall, I am in her challenging Thursday nights classes. My flexibility is improving, and with the help of great techniques and stretching, sometime modified, to accomodate my personal limitations, I am getting back some of my range of motions. Overall, I feel I have more energy, my body is getting stronger and more tonedThank you Jewel for being a great, dedicated yoga teacher and a great person.

I have been with Jewel for over 20 years. Jewel is a phenomenal person, and she creates her programs and her sessions to meet everyone’s needs. She cares for her clients and she gives one on one instructions if needed. She is very knowledgable about what she teaches and that knowledge she passes on to her clients so that they become wiser and more knowledgable in their practices, Jewel’s classes are very invigorating, therapeutic and once you start attending her classes, you will never want to miss one. I am very appreciative for all that Jewel has done for me physically, emotionally and mentally. I am a much better person and more balanced because of Jewel and her classes.
