I was able to get a next day appointment for some service I needed for my car, which was great. My usual place in Kingston was booked out a week or more, and I needed to find a reliable place closer to me anyways. Absolutely great service and people there. Very nice reception area, and a wonderful lady today being the desk (I'm bad with names) today who tends to the nice plants as well. The other mechanics working can be heard singing a line to a song and having a laugh from time to time too, which is great to see happy employees. I had general maintenance, summer tires installed, and front brakes overhaul. Mike explained what needed to be done and was easy to understand. And since the front brake overhaul parts are a bit more expensive then a regular tune-up (I knew already as I had this issue in the past), he gave me a explanation of why that happens. Prices were very reasonable, service was amazing!A good car service place is hard to find, and harder yet to find one that seems to treat female customers so well. Mike at some point came out to explain to an elderly lady what was done to her car. She had some mobility issues, so Mike just took a knee right there so she didn't have to stand. I loved the way he explained things to her, and he happily went into more detail when she asked questions.I will definitely be coming back here for car service from now on.

When I was quoted $1100 for a brake replacement, I was taken aback by the exorbitant price. However, I consider myself fortunate because a colleague happened to come across me and inquired about the situation. I expressed my concerns regarding the unusual behavior of my brakes while driving - the vibrations and sliding sensations that were causing me to worry about the safety of my car.
