Starbucks too loud don’t come if you’re looking for a quiet and peaceful café.- employees are shouting to each other to communicate- music is super loud and not censored, explicit profanity in the music they choose.There wasn’t alot of customers sitting inside, mostly drive thru people, and it was the loudest Starbucks I have been.I won’t comeback to this one for studying.However, Friendly staff !

It's a great location. The staff has always been super friendly and efficient, drinks have always been on point. We're probably going to lose a few locations, but I sincerely wish this one stays.

Always the best coffee and customer service. We visit this location since 2018 and always love their coffee and customer service. So much better than Ontario ones. We love the excellence of Quebec Regional Team for their great training and in store experience!

They refuse to sell us non grilled sandwiches. We wanted those sandwiches for lunch later. I don't know what they risk to sell us non grilled turkey sandwiches. We were in the obligation to go grab sandwiches to subway instead.

I went to this Starbucks drive-thru about 3 times in the past week. They have great service and are very friendly. On Saturday night the barista messed up my cappuccino so I drove up again, told the lady and they made it again (perfectly) at no additional charge. I had an almond latte the other times and it was excellent.

Please don’t go there if you live out of Quebec. We got worst service here. Crew and people around there are racist. Crew don’t care about your time. We waited about 30 min for just 2 drinks…

I usually go to this starbucks everyday and I spend between 50 to 100$ a week on starbucks and I give tip every single time, I went last week and asked for two beverages and an extra cup of ice to do a tiktok drink and got denied a cup of ice, I asked can I get a large cup of water full of ice then? They gave me a cup of water without a single piece of ice.Tldr; you lost between 50-100$ a week plus tips just because you refused to give me some Ice I will never come back back
