Don, Lucy and the whole team are great to deal with. I’ve bought 3-4 bikes from them over the years and will be back again for my next one. They just helped me with a difficult repair that took months to resolve due to supply issues, but they ultimately sourced parts from alternate suppliers and found a solution. Great to experience a bike shop that really cares and goes out of their way to support customers. Thanks Don!!

My son’s bike stand became loose while he was riding the bike on road. His bike was also making weird sounds. He went to this place and his all problems related to the bike were resolved instantly. It would have been very unsafe for my son , if all the problems were not resolved. Thank you! More bikes West Van.

I came to get my bike fixed. They are knowledgeable and transparent when it comes to pricing. They also called me to discuss additional items that they found that need to be done. Based on my budget, I decide what i want to do. I would highly recommend them.
