I have no idea why there should be any negative review for such great customer service as I can attest to how kind and reasonable the store owners are . They have assisted me with personalized furniture shopping and I would honestly recommend Farida as her choice is like a designer .She goes above and beyond in coordinating what you want with a reasonable price and great quality. She also receptive to price match with brand and mon brand names . You are getting quality service.

I needed a matress and a boxspring The owners were very helpful, they gave me a good price, found what I needed and delivered everything on schedule. I was very happy with their service and would buy from them again.

I would give it 0 star if I can. We bought a bunk bed from here. They delivered wrong model (also wrong brand). When we mentioned that, the female clerk resorted to sophistry. Bad attitude after sold, horrible experience. We had to keep the wrong one.Don't buy anything here!

The most horrible customer service experience ever! Do not make the mistake of going to this store.I went here to inquire about a Futon mattress. We were discussing prices and colour options. I was satisfied with what we discussed so I was ready to order. But then their credit card machine wasn't working. I said I only had $50 cash for a down payment. She took the $50 and made me sign a receipt. But she said they needed more than what I had. Then the prices started to change. So I told the lady, You know what? Give me back my $50

New mega furniture a great store. I have been buying from this store for over 8 years. They have very good furniture with amazing prices. Their customer services are very good and respectful. The Denver man was exceptional. He came to my house twice to help me with assembly without any charges. I recommend this place to everyone, you will not be disappointed. The people working there are very kind, helpful and friendly:))
