I really liked the person helping me initially and I got great quotes, but there was no follow through. She forgot to call when it was time to switch my insurance and when I needed proof of insurance for my mortgage, she didn't send anything useful. In the end, the rate I was quoted no longer existed and I never received any follow up calls. They obviously didn't want my business and I ended up getting better car and home rates through our original insurance company. They probably lose a lot of business due to this lack of initiative and experience.

I have been using Monkman Grace & Johnston Insurance Brokers for the pass few years and I am completely satisfied with their level of service. Sandra Arroyo, who handles my account, is very professional and goes the extra mile to make sure that I am happy with my insurance coverage. This year when I had a problem with my motor coverage she and David Eyre worked extremely hard to find a solution. I always find that they are always there to help if needed. Keep up the friendly and helpful service that you are giving.

Monkman Gracie & Johnston business insurance is an absolute joke. Misleading and rude to their potential customers. Clearly just a number to them. Misled through major policy issues . Good thing I had a lawyer review the policy before signing. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

I have been going through them for auto insurance for roughly 1 year now. I am new to owning a car and insurance, and they made my experience a lot less stressful and intimidating. I got great rates and friendly service always. Carling is my broker and she did an amazing job at helping me understand the policy, getting started, and feeling good about the policy I chose. I highly recommend her. The front desk receptionist is also very friendly and helpful.
