Gregg is the best and amazing in what he does! He went over and above anything expected, especially when when it became clear my original plan to re-finish the floor was not going to work out. Gregg took care of every detail, both big and small. I can't thank him enough and would recommend him to anyone.

We had gym flooring installed for our fitness area at home. We learned that not many companies offered these services for residential homes but we identified on two key vendors. PURE ended up being the lower cost so we chose them (despite both vendor reps being awesome to deal with). Long story short, we are very happy with the work PURE (Gregg) had completed. He was very amenable to our needs, flexible to work with (including our tight schedule) and very reasonably priced. I would recommend Gregg for others looking for this type of work especially with many people wanting home gyms after the COVID era. Ask for Gregg if he is available, a real pleasure to work with overall.

Just refinished our main floor and the finished product exceeded expectations. Gregg was clear on timelines and met them. Our neighbours are in awe. Highly recommend Gregg as he is meticulous and very professional.

Gregg (owner/operator) was both professional and talented. My husband and I were looking to get rid of the orange oak throughout our main floor and did not agree on the direction to take. Gregg told us to keep the floors and get rid of the stain by refinishing the floors. He provided a ton of samples for us to look through and templates on the floor so we could make our final decision. The work itself was incredible and the transformation was show-stopping. I knew the minute that I met Gregg that he was going to be my floor guy. When someone tells you he’s going to cut strips of wood to fit in the gap, versus adding wood filler, that was a giant thumbs up.Not only was he excited about my project and worked with me throughout. He ensured I was getting exactly what I wanted, he made the job super easy from start to finish. I was so happy to be able to refinish my pre-existing floor and add additional wood flooring which tied in beautifully.There are just so many positive throughout the job that I can’t even begin to name them all. Gregg you are a hard worker and I appreciated everything that you did for us in making our floors look absolutely beautiful.Going from gray to natural and then back again a couple of times while the project came together was dizzy at times. So, I'm very late in writing this review but I am still so impressed with my floors that I'm compelled to write this 2 1/2 years after the work was done. May 2020, I bought my house and had Gregg refinish the floors. The were dark and beaten up. Deep pet scratches and wheel marks from the movers dolly. He sanded them down, then stained 4 different color squares on the floor so I can see what it would actually look like in the light of my home. WAY better than little wood samples. The estimate was great. The work was done on time and very well. I love my floors!

Gregg has done numerous projects for me and they have all went well. What I like, is that I tell him what I'm looking for an he prices within my budget. I've done new hardwood installs, new carpet and tile work with Pure. Gregg has also done some great work with refinishing hardwood in the past for me. Highly recommended, work is great quality!

From the beginning Gregg was professional and answered all of our questions promptly and fully. Our new floors are beautiful and were installed perfectly, no gaps, no mess, no waiting, good price. Gregg's crew did a fast, clean, reasonably-priced job taking out our old floor (white porcelain tiles)as well. We're very happy with our new white oak floor and get lots of compliments on it!

Gregg is the BEST hardwood flooring specialist in the Calgary! His knowledge of wood and his professionalism really helped our renovation look spectacular. I would highly recommend to use Gregg for any Calgarian looking for more personalized and customized service than the larger stores can offer. Also, his prices were very reasonable too!

Gregg is knowledgeable, professional, fast and a class act every step of the way, making solid recommendations and really making the floors look terrific in every aspect. The doorways, kickers, trim and helpful hints are a steady reminder that attention to detail is taken seriously by PURE, making this contractor top notch in my book. Install was day rate and he could have legged it out but finished everything in 2.5 days which blew me away. We are grateful for the craftmanship and dependability.
