The Salvation Army Thrift Store

Good location, but so overpriced it's actually offensive. I refuse to donate or shop with them going forward after seeing an old pair of heels I had donated priced at more than I paid retail! Absolutely disgusting, and the management incharge of pricing should be ashamed of themselves.

This is the worst Salvation Army of Lower Mainland, seems like they aren’t even trying. The place is dirty, messy and has a terrible smell. Full of overpriced itens and the most rude staff. It’s very hard to find street parking around and the only paid parking close to this store is bad and very expensive. Don’t waste your time there.

This place is amazing.The best pieces of clothing I have are from here, if you do not have patience or respect for employees- please shop elsewhere :)This is a community resource for people who need it, anyone can shop here but if you are wealthy please do not come and purchase things that people in the community actually need (i.e. winter coats, jeans, bra, etc.)If you can afford new clothing PLEASE just buy some cute shot glasses and leave :) ✌&❤

Staff are a bit accusatory in there approach to my leisurely shopping style. I take my time so I don't miss sumpn chic, ya know? I shouldn't feel like I am doing sumpn wrong for looking at every item. That being said it's got a good selection and it goes to a good organization that helps people at the front lines. Thank u for that.

Sigh.May 05, 2022.I saw the cups on the shelf, and took one to show an employee so they can pull the cups off the floor. The shift supervisor stared blankly at the cup, and asked me what the problem was. I told her it was extremely racist. She gave me yet another blank look, then said she wasn't allowed to take it away because she had to get confirmation from the store manager. She was going to leave the manager a message.I walked around for another 10 minutes. Afterward, I went to check to see if the cups were still on the shelf. They were. I collected all of them up in a basket so I can put them behind the registry counter. When I reached over to put the basket behind the counter, the shift supervisor got very upset with me, and told me that it was inappropriate for me to do so, as she hasn't gotten confirmation from the manager yet on whether the cups could be taken away. I told her again that it's extremely problematic to even be carrying those items, then walked out.

Not a large selection. Welcoming staff. Great place to visit.

Great selection and new stock comes in regularly.Only con is no changing room but that's becoming standard in all charity shops

My daughter & I walked to A & N, we found z few items returning v home feeling proud. One can spend hours here & always find something.

I have been to this location a few times and I always find amazing stuff, often totally unexpected (like an amazing glider rocker last time I was there!) It's always very clean and well organized but the absolute best part is that every time I'm there at least one staff member goes above and beyond. They are kind, friendly helpful... Really can't say enough good things!
