Terrible, no changing rooms. No refunds if something doesn’t fit. Self check out is terrible, over priced for them getting things from donations. I’m not going to support this kind of business

Happy to have a value village in the region. Lots of great items to be found here, but some of the items seem overpriced, especially items originally from stores like Walmart, Dollar Store etc.

Don't bother go in here. We left a toy that I paid already and the supervisor don't want to help and don't want to find out where the item is. Can't even offer to let me find the same toy. He keep on sayin 'I can't do anything.' And he mentioned that they dont use the CCTB. You can really feel that he dont want to help and just simply take my money. Worst thrift store ever. Over price products, no fitting room and not friendly staff.

The staff are nice and the store is quite well maintained and cleaned but if you're looking for certain items like electronics then you might want to look elsewhere. The selection is pretty limited and the pricing in some cases is way off.It also seems like in general they have increased the pricing across the board and you can get the same items at places like winners or Marshalls for the same cost and for new.Still always worth checking out though because there are always a few diamonds in the rough.

Went on an interview there to be lowkey called too fat to do customer service and then spent 45 minutes getting told how the fact that I am disabled would ruin the quotas and make the store too slow. Barely looked at my resume and acted condescending: they basically told me that they would give me a chance to look at what real works looks like" before I could get to the real interview
