Went there just now, they told us to wait for 20min for the evaluation of our old clothes and someone would let us know when they are ready to be sold. . We waited for 50min, no phone calls, no text, when we walked inside to check again, they simple say we just forgot to call" without even an apology

This location is big so there’s lots to look through - but this can be a good thing or bad thing depending on what size you’re looking for. I personally do find good pieces from time to time at this location, but I wish they had more stock in clothing for women that are sizes Large and up.In terms of selling to Plato’s, I think that they should make a better effort to buy more clothing items that are size L and up for women so that they can improve their stock in these sizes.I came in today to sell a bag full of clothing items that were sizes L-XL and they only ended up buying a few clothing pieces from me. I had a few items I felt like they could have purchased from me because they were in genuinely good condition (especially compared to the clothes in their stock), new with tags, not old styles, or of the brands they carry (e.g. Zara). They did take almost all of the shoes I brought in today which was nice and for sure, I’m grateful.I understand that some of the pieces I brought in to sell today were older/not popular styles (I definitely expected this going in and I’m totally fine with most of the pieces they chose not to take from me - I just thought I would try selling them anyway). And I understand that PC purchases items from sellers based on what is trending at the moment (which doesn’t seem like a good long-term business plan), and that their usual customers may be of sizes smaller than Large. But it is really discouraging as a customer who is not a size XS-M, to see a lack of stock in my size or larger and then witnessing PC not buy good clothing pieces in larger sizes from sellers. When I look at their stock in store for clothes in XS-M sizes, there is so much more stock to choose from and yet not all of them are great tbh - I see brands like Shein or clothes that trendy from 5+ years ago.So it’s disappointing to see that PC will buy those kinds of clothes from sellers just because they’re in smaller sizes and then not buy perfectly good pieces in larger sizes from sellers (even just to increase their stock in these sizes and give people of bigger sizes something to choose from). It is also very discouraging to sellers; I know that for me, I don’t feel welcome or inclined to sell my clothes of larger sizes to PC when they don’t end up buying perfectly good pieces. I’m sure this is the case for other sellers trying to sell their L or Plus size clothing to PC as well.I continue to shop as a customer at this location because once in a while, I will find clothes that fit me and are my style. But this isn’t the case for all women who bigger than a size M.I think that PC can definitely improve their stock for Large and Plus women sizes by making a better effort to purchase larger sized clothes that meet their standards from sellers. They can easily turn down some of the poor quality clothing in smaller sizes from sellers and make the effort to purchase larger sizes from sellers if they have a daily/weekly purchasing limit or something.I really hope PC improves in the ways I mentioned above because purchasing clothes secondhand is of course sustainable, good for the environment, and is more affordable at times. They just really need to work on inclusive sizing.

Every time i come to this location I leave with nothing but a pounding headache. The music is always super loud, and the store disorganized. Much prefer other locations

Absolutely amazing staff. Really puts things into perspective because I had a disgusting experience at Style Encore right after. These staff members were extremely nice and patient. They took their time to explain how this works and why some items were accepted and why others weren’t. Price was reasonable as they need to make profit too! The two girls working today on April 18, just wanted to give you a thumbs up!!!

If you are looking for joe fresh, Shein, and Walmart brands for teens head on over. Wasn’t impressed, you can find better items at value village.
