Wouldve iven 5 stars (Seneca menthol SMOOTH are so much better than Newport lights i used to smoke) BUT...last 10 or more packs ive opened have been defective..the wrap around the filter is loose and u cant smoke it. Dont know how to reach them besids calling...?

I used to like your brand of cigarettes alot but I don't get what happened to them the tobacco looks horrible mostly bright yellow they burn your throat not very good at all what the heck happened to your cigarettes very disappointing

They recently changed tobacco in their DK's...they are now tasting like cheap $16 bag cigarettes in fancy packages sold for $43... keep a lighter handy, the average cigarette goes out at least 3 times. Hope they go back to better quality tobacco they previously used.

I don't know why this company cannot be consistent with their products. It seems that when I find something I can smoke they suddenly turn into a harsh, bad tasting cigarette. I am referring to Rold Leaf Ultra, which was a great light cigarette and has now changed into something that burns the back of your throat and leaves a horrible taste in your mouth.
