Agnes is great! She made me feel comfortable and also did an amazing job doing my brows. I had Microblading done about 3 years ago and it was very red. She was able to cover up the red and now my brows are absolutely perfect!

Agnes is amazing! I did regular lash lifts with her and she's incredibly consistent and quick. I always love the results afterwards. She is also accommodating with appointments and always did her best to fit me in, even with my busy schedule.

I went to see Agnes recently for eyebrow microblading, after doing some internet research and seeing good reviews for her. I had it done years ago and wasn’t super happy with the results so never went back. Agnes was so great! My eyebrows were symmetrical, suited my face shape, and the colour was perfect. They healed really well and I received so many compliments! Agnes was professional, provided suggestions and was a pleasure to talk to. I recommend her to anyone who is looking to get their eyebrows done.

Agnes is very professional and friendly person. She has strong experience and she will advise you on the best solution.I was surprised by how much she cared about me and how much time she spend to find out the best shape for my brows. She is really a master and will find the best shape and color that fits your face. I am two years into my ombre brows by Agnes. I still wake up every day grateful for her! My brows were a “do over”. I was extremely anxious. It did not take long for me to feel completely confident and at ease with Agnes. She is a true artist. She also collaborated with me and reassured me every step of the way. Agnes did an incredible job with my lash lift, and it lasted well over 5 weeks. They are so natural and I received compliments frequently from people commenting on how pretty my eyes are.It was easy to make an appointment. Agnes was friendly and accommodating as I have a 7 year old and she let her sit in the appointment , and she patiently answered all her questions as well as mine. I could tell Agnes was very experienced because the entire procedure finished in under 45 min or less.Agnes was very knowledgeable and made sure I knew how to take care of my lashes properly. She reached out by phone to follow up with me days after the appointment to see how my lashes were holding up.Excellent customer experience overall. I highly recommend the The Brow Room to anyone!
