Good service, okay food that doesn't cost a ton, tight location. Was hoping for more after reading positive reviews, came away a little disappointed. Donair was meh, chicken fingers were fine.

I called and asked if they still had vegan poutines, and the person answering checked with a coworker, so I figured I was safe. I ended up paying $17 for a big poutine made with mozzarella and gravy that has dairy in it, with giant chunks of veggies on it. I called to ask if the cheese was vegan, and they said they only had regular mozzarella. I asked to pick up another order of fries to replace my meal (I didn't trust anything else there) and the employees didn't seem to want to help me because they did not take my info, or offer a meal next time or gift card or anything. I was also on a work break, so I went to get my fries and they asked if I wanted to talk to their boss, but the boss were busy on the phone. I was in a rush and just wanted to get away from there. You would think anyone working with food would at least know what vegan means by now, but we are in central Alberta so I'm not surprised. The fries were gross, and the whole thing a waste of my time and money. I wish they would have seemed like they had any concern with the fact that I spent so much money on food that I couldn't eat. I highly do NOT recommend.

My husband and I went here. We were disappointed. We had heard such good things about them and the food was just not good. For being a poutine place, the poutine basics should be amazing. It was not. The gravy is plant based and tastes like Campbell vegetable soup. The fries were bland and not even salted. Also, the music was loud in there the staff had issues hearing us and we could barely talk to eachother. The redeeming factor was that the toppings like the pulled pork and chicken were tasty.I don't know if I would go back. It just wasn't great.

Ordered 2 classic poutines today, you would think there would be cheese curds in a classic poutine - nope no cheese - literally what makes poutine a poutine. Instead was left with disappointing fries and gravy. This is the 3rd time we have ordered from here and it has been sub par. Why do we keep going back? Because their poutine use to be extraordinary, it's gone down hill in the last 6 months and we won't be making the mistake of going back again. Too bad because this place used to be amazing - Used to.........

I ordered a medium east coast style Bedford Donair. It was HUGE. It was as good as King of Donair in Halifax where I grew up. I also got a garlic cheddar fries. The fries were very garlicky and tasty but a bit too saucy. I didn’t have room to finish them.

Great atmosphere and wonderful staff. The food is good, but pricey for some very average Donair shop type food. Big menu, but not allot of wow.

Okay, yes, this place very much deserves the title of best poutine in Red Deer. The Maple Bacon and Mushroom Bacon Melt poutines are delicious! And if you go at non peak times, they're very quick, they had my order in around six minutes. We will be back!
