I went for my first appointment here today after a long period of not having my hair cut. Very friendly salon which was clean and still responsible regarding covid which is important to me. My stylist carefully listened to what I needed and looked at the pictures I had gathered and I got exactly the style I wanted as well as good advice for caring for my hair moving forward (but not product pushy which is a nice change) . Price was very reasonable for the standard of staff I chose (the lady I used had 25+ years experience) and the work involved in taming my mop. Will definitely be using this place in the future. I also loved that they had a refill station for products - the small gesture towards the planet is very forward thinking of them.

I was pleased that they gave me a refund when I recently had a dreadful haircut and tried to fix and offered a free hair appointment but my goodness it came with some ATTITUDE!! Manager was not apologetic and unfriendly. When I went to have it fixed, gosh was the stylist irritated at having to do it! I was met on that day with really rude and unfriendly young staff. I was pleasant. I got there about 10 minutes early, told to take a gown and told in no uncertain terms that there was little point in putting it on as I wouldn't be seen any sooner. I was told twice. Got my water slammed down in front of me. They wouldn't engage in conversation. Sullen, moody and off hand is how I would describe them. Hairdressing is about people so have some good grace!

Went in on Thursday with my 12 y/o son who has long hair. Spoke to a stylist and talked about styles and prices. We showed them a picture of what was wanted and told it would be £26 with a certai stylist. Booked an appoint for the next day. Had the cut done by the quoted staylist, was charged £39 and told it was because of the length. Thus makes no sense seeing is we were there tge day before and told £26.Not impressed, £13 difference, half the original price again. £39 doesnt match any of the cildrens price list.Deceptive and dishonest pricing and we will not be returning again.

I'm really nervous of haircuts but today Ruby Lane & Angel my stylist helped me overcome my fears by giving me a sublime hair wash & mini head massage to die for, along with a beautiful cut that I'm beyond happy with, I was really listened too by Angel on what I wanted & what would suit me best. I bought products too as I was happy with them & Angel's knowledge of best products for my fine hair type. I was so over the moon with the service & end result I booked in for a colour for next week. Joyce was really helpful on reception when I'd left my water bottle behind. I really love the decor of the place too, very London Chic. Highly recommended. Thanks Ruby Lane & Angel

Very impressed with the salon, I would highly recommend. Grace did an amazing job cutting my hair, she was very professional and talked me through the options of how I wanted my hair styled. I will definitely be coming back again.

A very professional and caring hairdressers that I have used for lots of years and will continue to use. I travel from Essex as I will not use any other hairdresser because i feel that the quality of products, my hairdressers skill and knowledge has kept my hair in the best condition it can ever be.

The best hairdressers in Aylesbury that I've been to. I always have Sarah do my hair for a wash, cut and blow dry and she is amazing every single time. She knows exactly what I want and perfects it on every visit. The place itself is clean, welcoming and friendly and the staff are lovely. It is always a relaxing experience when I visit and would definitely recommend it. Parking is outside in the car park for the shops as a whole but you can put your registration in at the hairdressers to avoid parking charges.
