Vinh is absolutely lovely and accommodating. In the midst of a lot of stressful legal problems (being self represented in small claims) Vinh made the bureaucratic processes of serving documents and notarizing documents easy and seamless. He is flexible with his times and accommodating. He also assisted me with by providing (albeit general) but helpful legal information that would assist me with my case. 100% reccommend.

My fiancé and I met with him earlier today to notarize a document and it went by smoothly and efficiently.Do not get thrown off by his policies and rules pre appointment as these are basic and should be rules that we all follow throughout our every day lives, ie: be efficient, respect someone's time, communicate, be understanding to the person whos services that you are seeking out, and come prepared.If you don't have any of those qualities then this man is not for you, and therefore you should go elsewhere. First time 2 years ago was good. Second time this week, getting him to sign an original doc to his mailbox was like pulling teeth. Even at $50 for 2 docs. Covid isnt going anywhere and wont live on a piece of paper. Madness. Didnt end up using the second time.Edit: it doesn’t show anywhere on the site he suspended services, it says no ‘NEW’ clients.
