I've tried for weeks to get parts for my Roadtrek. Occasionally I get a response from them. They have confirmed they have the parts, my dealer is trying to order, then they quit responding. I've emailed them over a dozen times, so has the dealer - really amazing how it can take this long to get simple support for a six-figure vehicle.

Bought a 2021 Zion SRT.No current owners manual is available, only 2019 !!I guess for 140K they cannot afford to produce owners manuals.........

I worked for roadtrek for almost a year the people I worked with were like family and I still keep in touch with alot of them but I really just loved the job unfortunately they went bankrupt and terminated everyone. I've been trying so hard to get a job there again but with no luck and definitely no response for 3yrs.

great RV maybe coming with the new owners but head of production guy was part of the horrible design team , he was design and quality guy of the Jim Hammill crime ring so quality may be am issue and that guy helped design those so wonder how long they will be open...?
