First Choice was recommended to us via Dales Hardwood (another exceptional business). Right from the first meeting, Dale at First Choice was top notch. He came to our home to assess our needs, met with us at the store to look at carpet options, and gave us many samples to take home and look at. What we appreciated most was how he explained the products and process from start to finish. Would definitely, highly recommend First Choice. They live up to their name!

I already had a flooring choice picked out and Amanda was very flexible, working around my needs and timeline for work to be completed. The install went very smoothly, and Aaron was more than willing to change some things to make my detail oriented needs happy. Dale and Mike were great at helping us narrow down what carpet would work best for our basement and Trevor was a solid installer. They all took the time to listen to what we needed and offered . They are very easy to work with and have a great selection of flooring, accent tiles and stone. Lots of quality from people to products.

What happens when something goes wrong? There really should be an extra couple stars awarded for making things right, when something goes wrong! Dale, and First Choice , handled a product issue" in the most professional manner and stood behind their product

EXCEPTIONAL. We are so fortunate to have been directed to First Choice Flooring in Saskatoon. There are other places to select flooring, but you will not receive the same high-quality service and advice that is provided to the customers that walk through these doors. My husband and I received precise and efficient information from Dale when it came to selecting our carpet, and for those reasons, I speak highly of this business. You need to have confidence in the product you select, and Dale gave us that. He also made the carpet selection and installation process completely painless. I never thought I would get excited about carpet, but I can't wait to continue with renovations so we can return to First Choice Flooring.

We dealt with Mike. He was very kind and professional. I enjoyed working with him. The quote provided for 4 bedrooms (carpet) and a bathroom (tile) were competitive. When all the dust settled it was under budget slightly and the results were terrific. Would definitely do business with this company again.

First Choice Flooring truly is a fantastic company to do business with. The initial moment I viewed their website, I knew I would choose flooring from First Choice. They use 'My vision Technology' which I thought was really impressive. All you do is take a picture of your space, then click on the flooring product you would like to see in your own kitchen, living room or whichever room you like. I found this such a helpful aide in choosing flooring.Dale is helpful and professional in selecting product as well. I fell in love with a particular vinyl plank. Due to the supply chain delays we are all experiencing these days, the product I ordered was delayed about 5 months. I had no issues in being patient and waiting for it. Dale was constantly updating me with product arrival and delivery times. He even offered substitute products and selections so I didn't have to wait.I am so glad I waited for the product I wanted. Trevor installed it about 2 weeks ago. It looks beautiful. I am so happy!Trevor provides a truly professional installation process. He is meticulous yet efficient. His experience and work ethic make him a top notch installer.(I liked that he also cleaned up after himself.
