Wonderful the way key was made, it was accurate and it worked seamlessly. I had already tried couple of places to get the Duplicate done, but they did not had the model i required. The machine choosed the right model of key and voila i used for the first time in it worked butter smooth! Thanks Minute key.

I tried the key Kiosk and my keys got stuck into the machine tried calling customer service no one available in 2 days in a row that's sad.

Everything as great and quick. I would like the price to be little cheaper and the key should also be available without any marking/branding. May be as a consumer and a landlord, I don't want the branding on the key. Just give an option.

Hit or miss. Got 2 set of 3 keys.First time they worked,Second time neither worked well, keys stuck and wouldn't turn.Went back to Walmart, they asked me to call the 1-800 number on the Minute Key kiosk. It was a Nightmare dealing with the CS, had to walk out disgusted.GO TO HOME DEPOT at least they own thier Key operations.
