The most unprofessional and uncommunicative place I have ever been to. They decided to not do my cats spay because they didn’t have time after it was scheduled over a month in advance. The worst part is they didn’t let me know until 1130 am that day, after my cat had been there since 830 am, with no food or anything since the evening before. They were late to arrive in the morning and expected for us to rebook for another day, after taking a day off work for this procedure. Very unprofessional and very poor planning on their part. Their staff are generally rude and condescending and you cannot meet the vet until you make a stink about it, and when you finally do, they make you feel stupid for wanting to meet them.Do not go here. Would give 0 stars if I could. This is no way to treat animals.

We have been taking our puppy Brandy to New St. Animal Hospital for about five months now. We just recently had her spayed. We have been dog own for many years, we have never seen a puppy heal so quickly from their surgery. The doctors and staff are very efficient and friendly. We would highly recommend this vet. I have had one good experience, two neutral, and one very negative here. The last one left me feeling sick, I will never go back here.The one vet who is the owner appeared to have no empathy for my dog. I was coming in for a booster and he insisted on doing a physical exam, handling my scared dog aggressively, even when I asked him to stop and just skip the physical exam.

The staff are very friendly and the vet is great with my cats. I found a sick abandoned 6w old kitten who needed medication but I was broke until pay day the next week and they let me bring her in and pay when I could, no problem. I really think she would have died if she waited that long to be treated. They actually care about your animals here, it's more than just a job.

I have been disappointed with this office for the past year because they are money hungry and don’t actually care about you and your pet. The veterinary assistants are lovely but their kindness doesn’t make up for the awful Vet. We’ve brought in multiple cats since January and the vet has always been mean and belittling towards my family and I. They made us feel like murders for not investing $1000’s into our senior cat when we decided it was time to put him down after living for 17 years. I have had friends that have had horrible experiences here too resulting in their pets becoming sicker due to bad advice on how to care for kennel cough. This vet appears to not like cats and favours dogs and gives very rash medical choices without considering more basic causes for overall health issues. Making me run expensive unnecessary tests. We have started going to the burloak animal hospital and I appreciate their professionalism and kindness that this Vet lacks.

Ashok is an incredible vet! When we got Rico, our Havanese, he did an excellent job teaching us the basics of dog training and how to keep him healthy. He took his time to understand our needs and did everything to make sure we were left happy with the results. I highly recommend him for anyone looking for a vet that’s incredibly helpful in and out of the office!

I've had two of my cats fixed here and sent my cousin's dog here. Super friendly, affordable fees, and they actually make sure your pet has everything they need once they leave the clinic too. Very flexible with last minute issues and they explain what's going on so that you understand. I recommend Ashok to anyone who wants a vet who cares about their pet.

I thought I'd give this clinic a try since it is right around the corner from me and I was unhappy with my current vet, and I'm so glad I did! The staff are very friendly, and the Dr. I saw (Dr. Ashok I think his name was) was fantastic. He explained what was wrong with my puppy in terms that I could understand and eased my concerns since I was worried she was really sick. Would highly recommend this place! Apparently they may start doing house calls too which would be super convenient.

Very happy with the care and advice suggested for my dog. I first came to visit when they were the only vet that would help me last minute with what seemed a minor issue to many but big deal to me. I returned for further issues, check up and care, reasonable rates compared to other vets I have visited in the past and the care was great. They referred me to another vet for procedure they currently did not have equipment for and I appreciated they put my dog's care above waiting until they were equipped. Thank you!

After many years of visiting this hospital " I'm extremely disappointed
