For many years I have used the service of this garage. everything was perfect, I was impressed by the quality of the service, I was extremely happy that I finally found a high quality car service. I trusted. But now I'm totally disappointed. The behavior towards my car and me is like garbage. The interior of the car was dirty with oil, the steering gear is terrible (it was not aligned), the oil was changed very badly (I think it was not changed) the oil is dirty, many defective things and much more. I could say a lot more, but I don't think anyone will read this message. I hope that those people who use the Trans-Mico service check the car well before taking it. I suggest the company to change the attitude of its customers. I had great confidence in you. You totally disappointed me.

I have used this garage on several occasions and very happy with the service for both my vehicles. Very satisfied with the service. The staff was helpful and honest. Would definitely be a returning customer and recommend to all!

An excellent and professional place. I dealt with Sako and a very nice receptionist. Sako worked with me and provided a clear and detailed inspection report so I could make an informed decision about my transmission. They have setup their business properly to respect Covid safety protocols. They also have a loaner car at very good rate if you need to get home. It’s businesses like this that are truly amazing in these times. I had a great experience!

Provided timely and quality repair. Had my transmission rebuilt in August 2022 and so far no issues. Returned for 2 week check up to make sure all was well, tech checked my 05 Ford F150 and said all was well, so I should be good to go. I’ve driven about 700 miles since the rebuild and have seen no issues.

Went to have my transmission fluid checked Sako was great as usually thanks again trans mico

Needed an oil change.No appointment and they fitted me in .Went to another oil change place and they ruined the drain plug to the point where they couldn't get it out.In 10 minutes it was off and a new one was installed and oil was changed .
