The place is a dump and the staff is not helpful or friendly. Prices are also outrageous even with a membership.

It is amazing. If you are a Fabricland yearly card holder, you will get the most stuff in the store at 50%. Whereas, anybody without the card has to pay the full price for the same items. This means the general public is paying for the person profiting with the card. I think this is the only place where I have seen this system.

Sales prices are good. Staff not friendly or helpful. I was in there searching for over an hour for some matching fabric and not once was approached by staff. No greeting upon entering or exiting though staff was close.

Now I’m back into seeing & crafting I went back to Fabricland. I was happy to see how well organized, clean and well stocked the store is. My husband and I had fun just walking around admiring all the wonderful selections before i hunkered down and chose what I had come to buy. The staff is friendly and helpful which also makes the visit enjoyable. Great place for all your fabric needs!

Fabrics are so expensive, prices are more then double even though it’s on sale. Membership card is not worth in this situation.

Incredibly cramped, my walker was rarely able to fit in the aisles--when there weren't bolts and empty fixtures littering the walkway. Fabric selection for what I was looking for was not great, either. I rarely shop in Edmonton, but I do have high expectations for a fabric store based on my experience in others--both within this chain and not. This store felt cluttered, messy, and slapdash.Speaking more towards my experience with the staff, there was no one to greet me or offer any help while I was looking--the first time I was acknowledged was an incredibly rude clerk who demanded I get my yardage cut like

Great sales. Good membership. But not like some of the locations i have gone to. Where are the real sewing pros? Most of the people seem bored, tired or like they would rather run instead of talking about their favourite twill fabric. Or if it's a one or two way stretch. Heaven forbid you come in looking scared and need help.

Always very helpful, great staff who are interested in your projects, and go the distance when looking for something hard to find; spent 15 personal minutes with me looking for a particular pattern and even involved another staff member at one point. I truly appreciated their assistance and desire to finish the inquiry. Thank you ladies!

Very poor customer service for returns. I bought a heavy duty snap kit and after the second one, the snap was jammed into the tool. Came to return or exchange and they would not accept it. Thanks for nothing. I won't shop here again.
