Extremely unprofessional customer service, very rude. My antique alarm clock no longer works because of agressive behavior and overwound when I presented it to her. Was told it was an archaic item and no longer useful.

A must for any and all watch and clock repairs. Professional and friendly.

I had a nice 60yr. old watch, that was my dad's. I found it cleaning out the house and took it to Isabella. She said it was a good, repairable Swiss watch, and would have to order parts. She did, and it now works great. Thanks Isabella.

Fantastic service! My husband went in to have a watch repaired, after looking all around town we were told by another jewelry store we had to go to Isabella's that they would help us and did they ever! Very knowledgeable and equipped! My husband was happy to be able to wear his watch again, they fixed it on the spot!

A man working the counter with some kind of Eastern European accent made racist comments to my mother when she used her status card to make a purchase, saying that “you people want everything for free”. I suggest going to Battery Battery if you want decent service.

Completely unprofessional customer service. The first time I showed up at their shop, they weren't even open during their advertised hours. The second time I showed up in March, all they did was complain about how busy they are and told me to call back in June. Called today, got the same complaints, and was told to call back at the end of the summer. When I asked if they could call me back when less busy, was told it would be too hard to do. I guess because they are the only local business that does clock repairs, it gives them the right to be rude and make excuses. Now, it's my right to take the antique railroad station clock that belonged to my grandfather to a reputable repair shop down south and not give my $ to these people. If I could give 0☆, I would. What ever happened to customer service? Perhaps it's time to retire Isabella & Husband. I'd be hesitant to even let them replace a battery in a watch.
